So my car starts up fine when cold idling around 1000rpms. It runs fine at first then when the car gets warmed up it starts sputtering and when it starts sputtering I can't rev past 2000rpms in any gear. When this happened I limped the car home and turned it off for a minute and turned it back on and the car idled horribly, shifting from almost dying to about 1000rpms. While it was doing that I unplugged the MAF to see the car idle more consistently. So I was wondering if it's the MAF for certain? If so how does the car run fine until it gets warmed up?

Thanks in advance and Happy Thanksgiving.

I believe u can check codes on the redtop aswell its not to difficult, or u can try a SOHC maf or another redtop one

Yeah. I don't really know any other s13 owners locally being that I'm a new owner myself. I do have a buddy out of state that said my car is going into a limp mode because of a bad MAF or wiring to the MAF. I was just wondering what other 240 owners thought.
