Where is the Consult plug?

I can't seem to find the Consult plug on this 1993 KA, I am probably just missing it.

This is for a DIY consult that I just built and would really like to know if it works.

Ok, it seems I asked the wrong question. Let me try again.

Where is everyone else's consult connector? I was told it was supposed to be above the fuse box in the drivers side kick panel, does this sound right?

What is your year? 89-90 I don't think had them.

It is a 93 with KA. It is a gray connector right, and should be easy to find? It just is not there. Let me go and triple check.

Edit: Third time is a charm. Found it. Had to take off the lower dash under te steering wheel and there it was, tied way up with a black connector up by the hood release. Thanks guys.
