question if you don't mind, do you have to make new holes on the trunk to fit this style or will this style bolt onto the existing trunk holes from the USDM spoiler?

IIRC, you will use 2 of the holes to mount it on a USDM trunk (correct me if I am wrong) and recommended to cover the rest of the holes with rubber plugs.

Yeah, USDM trunks have 4 holes, the Kouki wing only has 2, I took grommets from the engine bay and sealed them off just to ward off rain, the grommets are almost invisible.
