s14 DRLs and Cluster illumination stuck on

So long story short, I did a coolant flush on my car and spilled coolant around the engine bay, took a hose washed off the bay, now my DRLs and cluster lights don't go off even when the car is off, the only way to shut them off is to pull one of the three fuse able link fuses in the engine bay box ( one is a 25amp for the windows)

Also background info, the car is completely unmolested, no one's messed with any of the wiring not even the radio, I'm assuming I shorted or grounded something out but I have no clue what

So more details, about an hour after this post I put the fuse back in after letting the car sit and the pRobles seemed to stop, I drove it across town and shut the car off and it came back only this time the only fuse that seemed to break the circuit was the power windows fuse, anyone experience this before? Is it just doing this because it's still wet a day later, I mean it's kinda cold out and I guess it might not of dried off yet?
