Ka alternator wont charge battery

I have gone through 2 brand new alternators on my s14 and cant seem to get it to charge, the wire harness is all hacked up from the previous owner doing a manual swap im starting to think its something electrical but cant figure it out, need suggestions please!

It worked, after hours of re wiring a grip of wires and relocation the harness I think the car is good to go!
