I have a built s13 sr (s14 or 15 harness) I am having a real pain in the ass with.

Mods:
CP pistons
Eagle rods
Hks 272 exhaust
Hks 264 Intake
Supertech springs
Greddy intake manifold
Q45 throttle body
Walbro 400
1000cc side feeds (stock rail)
Gt2871r
Isis manifold (I think)
Enthalpy ecu

So basically the car will not run right at all, there is way to much fuel (e85) and is flooding every time you turn it on. If you unplug the injectors and cycle the ignition then plug them back in the car will start and idle until you give it throttle and then it dies. I've replaced the MAF (z32), coolant temp sensor, and the CAS. Have not tried a different igniter chip yet. The shop working on my car is at a halt and cannot seem to figure it out but they seem to keep blaming the tune. I sent the ecu back to rs-enthalpy and the ecu and tune checked out fine there however there is a huge difference in elevation between here in Colorado and Florida. I am new to the forum but I'm hoping to talk to someone who may know what's causing my problems before I go out and spend more money than I need to.
Help me out guys!

I have a similar set up on a pfc not sure what your problem is but, what is your fuel presser at? hows your A/F looking rich i would assume, what plug heat are you running and gap?

I am not up to speed on that, I would assume it is rich lol. The spark plugs keep fouling and I would have faith that they know what to throw in the car, they build 7 second drag cars haha. I will get that info today and let you know. And also the o rings on the injectors are fine, they are leaking before anyone asks!
