s13 sr swap

hi i just recently bought a wrecked s14 kouki with a s13 redtop sr in it i have a few questions about putting it my car which also happens to be a s14 kouki

first off i know the stock ka power steering pump will fit on a s14 sr no problem i was wondering will it fit on the s13 sr with ease as well. along with ac its my daily so i still want some luxury

next question is performace im looking to get 280 to 300whp i already have a upgraded apexi b70 t28 turbo, greddy front mount, 3inch full exhaust, greddy blow off valve, and chipped stock ecu. now what injector size, how much boost and what other mods do i need to make this kinda power efficient and safely

ps also in the process of getting head studs
