Work bell quick release/short boss

I am installing my works bell QR with short boss and my question is in regards to the horn wires. the Short Boss has 1 Red wire and the QR where it joins with the short boss has a red and black wire. im confused. Do I leave the Black wire unconnected ???

Try it and see. Worst case you realize you dont have a horn and you can quickly take it back apart and figure out how its wired. It should be grounded through the hub and then the signal runs through the single wire.
