S13 brake light/ cluster light problem

I have had my car apart for a while now and I finally put it back together and for some reason when I turn on my headlights my cluster and tailights don't turn on. I'm drawing a blank on why they aren't turning on. When I hit the brakes the lights come on though. Can anyone help?

Check your fuse it might be blown it's 15amp fuse

Is it under my dash or in the engine bay?

Yea it's tail lamp 15amp and hope that fixes your problem your haven
