get japaense onse. i sold some to a friend ages ago but they were some generic rails from japan i pickup for cheap about a year and 1/2 ago
that's the best bet
or go custom and make some. not much eelse can be done to keep them loooow
i dont know of any bride that fit recaro. i think that was a myth before bride was sold in the USA
I already got my rails custom low (from a thread here)... But I thought about getting some nice rails that could allow the seat to come more forward so my gf can co-drive more auto-x events with me.
Thanks a lot for the info though, good to know bride rails might not fit. (even with drilling.)

Recaro Japan doesn't make a super low rail for the US driver's side. I checked it out. They only make their low "sports type" rail for the JDM driver's side.
BUT Bride sells adapters to make Recaros fit. See:
http://www.tees-usa.com/images/option/MO_adapter.jpg
Recaros bolt onto the outermost holes on these plates (6 bolt pattern 405mm wide), then the innermost holes bolt onto the Bride rail (4 bolt pattern 290mm wide). OLD OLD OLD Brides used the Recaro pattern.. the old school ones that look like a Recaro LS with bigger bolsters. I saw a set of ancient Bride rails on yahoo auctions Japan that had the Recaro 6 bolt pattern. They were old enough that they were only marked for S13, haha. I posted a pic in a thread in Chat when someone asked about fitting Recaros.
I have not tried any of this stuff, but eyeballing it you'd need at most to dremel out the holes a little bit.
Oh yeah, and the middle set of bolt holes I BELIEVE are for Sparco. Sparco uses a 345mm wide 4 bolt pattern.
