Fs/ft 2004 infiniti m45 gray/black interior 145k miles

Im sellin my 2004 infiniti M45. Has 145k miles and going since its my daily. just looking for a something different now. I took care of the car pretty well, oil change at 3k miles everytime with nissan oil filter, spark plugs changed, fluids changed, and tire rotations. Just replaced with new nissan battery. The shocks and struts need replacing soon. Has some small paint chips and one small dent on front bumper. Interior has no leather rips, led interior lights, heated/cooling seats, sunroof, driverside seat has a squeek which i havent figured it out. Electronic seats work good, has automated seat and steering wheel adjust when entering and exiting vehicle.
