Black S14 Kouki with Side Exit, GT Wing, Cage North Chicago?

[Colorado S14]

Was in town for business and a black S14 Kouki with a large GT wing, side exit exhaust and roll cage gusseted into the A-pillars came rolling past me in my rental car up near Deerfield. Any idea who this is, I would love more info on the car.
