red top sr intake vac ports?

Deleted charcoal canister ages ago. Could I use its plugged lower port on the throttle body to recirculate vented air from ebay manual boost controller? Top two go to fpr and bov. Intercoler piping takes care of waste gate and iacv. So nothing is t-eed yaya! Lower port is currently plugged.

Vented air from boost controller needs to be at atmospheric and that port sees boost, so probably won't work.
