You just need the board on the ecu or do you mean an ecu that's already tuned?

It would help but isn't a necessity as I could always have it re-tuned but that's a good point, my current setup is (S14):

KA24DE (stock internals)
T3/T4 Turbo
Z32 MAF
370cc (SR stock injectors)
91 or 93 octane
