ILLMOTIONS

Car:
S14 with 2jz-gte swap
ChaseBays harness and AEM V2 30-6051
Problem:
Injector 6 on all the time
No start (fuel pump will not energize)
ABS, Airbag and battery light always on
Chasebays answer:
Well, they said that they screwed up the programming on the 30-6051 ECU and we had to re-pin the harness for the 30-6050. We did this and it fixed the injector being on all the time, but that was about all it fixed. Fuel pump will not turn on, no spark or injector signal.
Contact with them, horrible. I get one email a day and they keep asking me what is wrong with the car, well it doesn't run... duh! The shop has been trying to get a hold of them and we are still at one email a day to resolve this issue.
My last bitch, I paid for all the products on July 1st, waited weeks/months to get the parts from them and in return... I have a paper weight sitting down at the shop waiting to get fixed. To be fair Chasebays did send out a few "free" items, but I would have given them an additional $1000 at this point just to make my car run.
Have any of you had experience's like this with ChaseBays? Is there any way to get a faster response out of them.. the one email a day (if I'm lucky) just isn't cutting it. They also claim that they don't have a shop phone??
Thanks,
Ryan
