06 IS350 Lowered

2006 Lexus IS350, ONLY 60,500 miles, pretty rare loaded out car. Oil changed on schedule each time (3,500-4,500 miles). There are many records of service done by Lexus from previous owner. All windows are currently tinted, 20% all around and 35% windshield. New tires and brake pads were recently done also.

has any fender work been done? any rubbing with those wheel?

rear fenders are rolled. The only thing is rubs on is the fender liner in the front.
