First off, I dont want any negative camber flamers. plzthx
Right so I purchased the full ISIS arm package to obtain a bit more than the -3.5 natural camber from the stock arms.. But the RUCAs wont go any shorter than the stock ones, they only go longer. I've heard from someone who used them saying he got some pretty aggressive camber out of these arms so am I doing something wrong? Seems like these can only correct negative camber?
:tardrim:
Thanks

Buying Isis supports terrorism.
That being said did they give you the right arms? Pictures would help determine what is wrong.

Haha I was waiting for that, CIA is probably watching me for saying ISIS too many times.:fawk2:
Anyway. Heres a picture of the arm compared to the stock RUCAs. As you can see they can't be shortened any more

Couldn't you notch the spindle side of the stock RUCA?
and removing your bottom collars gave me -4° on stock arms

Probably could notch it.. didn't think I'd have to though.
And you mean the coilover collars?

u can take 2 of the lock nuts off so the heim will thread in more for more camber

You could take the two adjustment nuts off and spin the linkage all the way down which would maximize negative camber.

Was also thinking that, have you tried it?? I hear of problems with cheaper arms coming loose and messing up the alignment all the time. Sounds annoying.
Also wouldn't i have to take locking nuts off the trailing arm too, since it is maxed out as well??

actually i cant remember if 2 lock nuts can be removed. I have 1 removed on my car but i could see a problem if u didnt want it to be full negative. I was able to get -10 camber but this is on a q45 with fortune auto ruca's.

Remove the assembly grind down the end wer it threads in just a cm or 2 and remove one collar that should do it and use some "blue" thread locker so it wheel keep that one lock nut from twisting understress

Removed the lower lock nut and was able to get a bit more camber out of it. Might notch the RUCAs if I feel I need any more camber. Pretty satisfied with the camber for now though.

Not too sure, I string aligned it the best I could. My safety check and reg are down anyway so the car isn't being driven alot. I should probably align it a bit better
