I got my blacktop s13 tuned to run E85, I have a walbro 255 pump, 850cc injectors, AEM FPR, new fuel lines, NGK iridium plugs. What else do I need to run E85 properly, I have heard to advance timing some, I've seen other thread about E85 but most of them are people going back and forth about changing fuel lines out or not, so I just want to know from people that have been running E85 for a while what mods I need and any helpful things I can do to make it run better!

bigger pump, 1000cc+ injectors if you are running over 20psi on a big turbo and adj. fpr.

I have a GT2871R .64 A/R, will my current setup work?

general rule of thumb you need 20-30% more fuel to be at the same a/f as gas. So if you close to max duty cycle on your injectors on pump you may want to look into bigger injectors for e85.

Good practice is to monitor fuel pressure when using large injectors, preferably by data-logging. This is to verify the fuel pump is capable of supplying adequate volume at full engine load. I would be more comfortable using an AEM 320lph or Walboro 400lph as an in-tank solution, when using large injectors and high boost pressures.
Come to think of it AEM has a specific E85 in-tank pump.

"AEM’s 320lph E85-Compatible High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pumps feature robust internal construction that is designed to withstand the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels..."
I run e85 in my s14 sr20det powered sil80 using an apexi power fc. 850cc sard injectors, 255 walbro in tank + bosch 044 external pump, blitz k3t turbo, sard adjustable fpr.
Making 403hp 466NM @ just 13psi. Stock metal lines but replaced all rubber fuel hoses with braided supposedly made to handle e85, just for peace of mind
Injectors are not at their max but close, I use an old greddy intake plenum with 4 extra injector ports thinking of running 8 injectors next for 20+psi

What air fuel ratio and what timing should I be running with E85?

12:1 - 12.5:1 afr and you can run more timing safely.
I recommend a walboro 485. It is a 400lph pump 85 compatible. As for injectors Injector Dynamics are the only injector I will run. Flawless operation even with e85 sitting in them for a few months during winter.
My setup was walboro 485, ID2000s, 6266 on 23psi making just under 500 wheel.
Pm me for prices on ID and walboro.

You need to replace your fuel lines if they are old. I went down to Oreilly auto parts and bought enough to replace my fuel filter, and gas tank lines. That's all I did really.
Don't make the mistake of buying fuel vapor/canister hoses. But the heavy duty lines that are rated at 225psi.
My set up on E85 is S15 turbo, tomei 740cc inj, Walbro 255 fp, and APEX'i PFC.
Injector duty at 90% at 19psi boost.
For gt2871r you will need 1,000cc inj.
There really isn't a huge conversion like people make it out to be, just new fuel rubber lines about 8-10feet and a tune ECU OF SOME SORT.
I've had this for about 7 months now, and some times I only drive the car on weekened, it's all good! : )

Forgot to mention that the E85 Walbro will be required for the 2871r.
Or the AEM E85 fuel pump also works fine with that turbo.
