89'' S13 RHD KA24DE Hatch Clean Title

This is a clean title "virginized" 1989 240sx 5 speed with ka24de swap and chuki front end swap

Runs and drives without any problems
Around 160k on motor and trans
Currently registered non op and has no back fees
Freshly painted engine bay and exterior along with doorjambs
Firemist purple paint job changes tone on different lighting
No mechanical problems starts perfect everytime
Energy rear subframe poly bushings
Frame rails are very straight
Welded Diff
Newish brake pads on all 4
Stock exhaust with cat
All gauges and lights work
Radio and speakers work
Full interior - back half of carpet
Vins are matching
RHD HUD dash
1 year old battery
Tinted rear windows
Stock suspension
OEM RHD steering rack
OEM RHD brake master/booster
OEM RHD clutch Master
Power steering 100% working no leaks
No A/C
Roll up manual windows
EGR delete
Heater core/water lines are connected
I did not install the blower box for the A/C and heater but it will be included.
Sway bars are not installed because of personal preference but will be included.

If you were able to do all the welding yourself, why skip the cowl and wipers?

The front clip I used was rusted pretty bad on the top portion and I didn't want to touch the vins. I could have cut holes for the wiper and patched up the old hole and all that but i never seen it as a must.
