why is my turbo timer blinking fast with ignition off

So I reinstalled my tuned ecu on my s13 sr20det and as soon as I hook up my battery the turbo timer starts blinking really fast. Anyone ever heard of this? Please I could use the help.......

1. Remove turbo timer 2. Throw in trash. All problems solved forever.

Fast blinking could be low battery power, try starting the car first
Or put the other ecu in and see what happens. If things don't blink check the wiring with the new ecu install, different or same ecu code? Maybe wires need to be swapped.

Maybe you pulled a wire off/out when removing the ecu.
