It doesn't come with cables and the hubs don't have any play.

I'm not sure what it came off of. If your asking for the cables, it doesn't come with cables. Other than that, it doesn't matter whether it came off of a 1+1 or 2+2. The hubs and e-brake assembly will bolt on to S13/S14

Also 1+1 or 2+2 cables with work on S13. I'm not sure about S14.

I ran 1+1 in my S13. You just have to reroute the cables.
