I was just wondering what is everyones internet connection??? Im on Dsl i hate 56k (sorry guys with 56K <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

used to be 28.8 for three years, 56.6 for almost two years and in november, i'm getting a cable modem. i figure i'll get the cable modem when it gets real cold and driving my car won't be as fun or working on my car would be near impossible. i'll need something to do in the long st louis winter months. the connection at my work must be a t1 or t3.. #### it's fast. like i'm 'working offline' and the whole web is on the hard drive.

I've got cable, but I share it with everyone else in our building (4 apartments &amp; my landlord's business), but its still pretty darn fast. &nbsp;Best part is that my landlord pays for it and just ran jacks for it into each appartment, so its free (kick A$$!!).
I work for a DSL company in Cincy, and I think I'd go with the cable if I had to pay for it, cause DSL comes with alot more problems. &nbsp;But its still a #### good connection.

I`m sort of on the edge of the countryside over here and adsl is only being pumped to the cities at mo. And a cablecompany hasnt reached my area yet. &nbsp;Although they`re in all the surrounding areas. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> &nbsp;I`ve got ISDN in the pipeline. &nbsp;It`s a rip off compared to cable here.

I've got cable but I share it with my sis downstairs and my dad across the house so sometimes its not as fast as I would like it to be.

56k wit a P4 1400mhz...i have 25 web windows open DLin slow as freak...but its not bad wit jst one....im gettin cable soon

#### alot of people have switch to better internet. Crazy not too long ago evryone was on AOL.

I always thought AOL sucked, even when my dad first got it. &nbsp;I always used a free dial-up until I got DSL.

I wouldn't give up my DSL, unless I got a faster connection for the same price, of course.
