Have a set of very good condition JDM s14 kouki headlights w/ bulbs and pigtails and a set of JDM s14 kouki taillights (no holes on the corner lenses for the lightbulb sockets)

They are aimed for driving on the left side of the road. There is no way to aim them down. You need to open them and swap the cutoffs with something compatible that is for US spec cars. You might be able to swap the cutoffs from a US pair of kouki lights, you'll need to do more research on it.
