im trying to sell my car to buy another s14 i saw. i really dont have many mods or anything. its a base model 95 gold s14. all ive done with the car is lower it with eibachs sportlines, staggered 5 spoke black wheels, straight pipe as the exhaust, a front strut, and a se lip. right now it has an aem intake and a n1 apex 3' catback but will prolly be taken off. inside i have got power doorlocks and my stereo is an eclipse mp3/cd player with kenwood components in the front and kenwood 6 1/2 2 channel speakers in the rear. powered by a Kenwood amp. also it has a amp and a jl sub. nothing really special about my car. the only thing is is that the engine bay is clean ass hell. but yeah how much do you think i could sell this? im in san diego so theres alot of stupid people that would buy it.

you ask for your cars value and dont even give how many miles are on it...

since drift is the cool thing to do now...and overpriced 240's are what have become of drifting's popularity....no matter how many miles are on it...sell it for $10,000+...you'll find some hodna kid to buy it from you.

just kidding.. don't sell it man...gold 240's are the sex.....unless you're going to get a kouki...

mmm, all that is bullshit. i keep on hearing how 240 prices are going up, blah blah, bandwagoners are flooding the market, blah blah drifting blah blah.

I live in LA, i still see cheap 240s on autotrader or recycler everytime i'm bored enough to open one for fun reading. yeah, there are few of them on the market, but 240s have always been hard to find, especially s14s. but if you wait, you can find one for a good price, stock zenkis at like 3.5-4k.

So don't believe that inflated price bull. but, if you find a ignorant rice boy who can't wait to get into driftin', you might get lucky. I think lightly modded zenkis probably can go for 5k, depending on the condition of the car.

agreed... if its overpriced its usually b/c the idiot who listed it didn't check the book for fair market value. the only 240sx's with inflated prices are the 97-98 koukis.

mileage and accidents are important. also you say its a base model... no 5 lugs? i think abs and lsd were optional regardless of se or base, so that info would help too. anyway assuming it has a clean history and 100kish miles 5k wouldn't be a bad asking price assuming there's nothing horribly wrong with it.
