You really are concerned with nothing. You aren't going to loose anything by running it. I would say the pipe itself was slight out of round, than it warped when welded.
However, you're going to have warping issues when you weld, as the metal cools it contracts and pulls away from the heat source. If the flanges are true and flat, it's not a big deal. Relax, it's just a test pipe.
Looks better then most ive seen

Straight pipes should be brought by the size,flange bung or no bung or it it has brackets to attach a heat shield. Anything else is just extra money, towards the name. In few months you will be hard pressed to tell which is which.

Stainless warps a lot when it's welded... especially where two thicknesses of metal have to be joined. I don't see what the deal is. Look inside of an ebay ss exhaust manifold if you want to see some real doo doo to compare.

I'm surprised they actually put a stamp on it saying its made in Japan. I bet they got it from Taiwan/China, drilled a hole for the bung on it and justified the made in Japan badge because they put the bung on it. Those sneak sneaky Japanese..
