What is this & how does it work?
This is a game where you can earn chips for making frequent purchases, liking & sharing pages, writing product reviews, etc. You can use those chips to get coupon code rewards.
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
Does it cost me anything?
No. It's completely free!
How do I earn chips?
You can earn Gold chips and Blue chips for all sorts of activities:
20 Blue chips = 1 daily website visit, liking our social media profiles, sharing our product pages on social networks, writing product reviews, subscribing to a newsletter, etc.
1 Gold chip = after buying something, you will get 1 Gold chip for every $1 spent.
How do I view my chip balance?
Your chip balance is on every page in the Loyalty bar, and is also visible on the tab called 'Coupons'.
How do I redeem my chips?
Select the tab called 'Coupons'. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough chips, you can redeem them for a coupon code.
Is there a limit to the number of chips I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Do my chips expire?
No.
I completed an activity, but didn't earn chips!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your chips.
Can I use my chips during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your chips for a coupon code which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn chips, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unroll and you will lose any chips you have accrued.
