so i purchased this thinking it was for a 1jz, the description just said gte so whatever but it doesnt fit my 1jz so im selling a 2jz gte traction control deleted throttle body. it has a machined lip so the coupler will stay on, very nice and clean work i was happy when i opened the box. i paid 100$ so thats what im asking.

S14 but its a vvti 2j
S14 but its a vvti 2j
itll work. you will be converting to drive by cable instead of drive by wire likes the stock etcs tb on the vvti

So it came out of a non vvti 2j?
So it came out of a non vvti 2j?
thats correct. if youre running a stock vvti ecu then this wont work for you and youll need a stock vvti tb with the etcs. this will work however if you are using a ems like an aem that does not support drive by wire.

isnt it missing the stopper section on the cable side. Pretty sure its suppose to have a adjuster on it. looks like they deleted too much.

There is an adjuster and a stopper why would someone delete that your tb would just snap with no adjuster. The traction control stuff is deleted and part of that pulley system that u don't use is gone I think for cruise control. Everything is there that's needed for the tb to work .
