Has anyone else had really crappy service from DriftSpeed.com.

I sent them payment over 2 weeks ago for some items I ordered, and today I found out that they still have not sent them to me. And now the dude is saying that he's going to hold on to it for a little bit longer.

I'm telling you guys. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRIFTSPEED.COM

You will get burned, and they will steal your money.

they are on ebay and they suck ! look at there feeback Sn korisupy and nipponhamfighters(there new one). I order my springs from them... send a email asking if they had it in stock. they said yes ! The springs were buy it now. Took almost three weeks to get! Then Left neg feeback on everyone who gave them a neg because they suck ass. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A LOT OF HASSLE !

I just bought a waterpump from them on ebay. I payed right after i won the item. It took them about 4 days for them to clear payment and send the item off. Item is being tracked right now so to me they seem like a pretty good business.

looks like they are inconsistent with their efforts. they shouldn't treat people differently if they spend more or less money. David you cant get a lawyer dawg..it's only been 2 weeks. Sometime people lag and it takes a month, maybe two. Getting a lawyer wont help you here unless you want to scare them.

Wrong. I got the wheels for $1200. $2900 overall for barely used gram lights 57 pros with tires and kei office xt-a coilovers, both in perfect condition was a good deal to me. As far as your "a$$holish" attempts to spread the hate, that just shows how mature you really are. Why do people have issues when other people spend money on nice things?

Dude, It's been over 2 weeks now that they promised me a refund, and it's been over a month since I've paid them. I still have not gotten a product or refund.

These guys at Driftspeed.com are a bunch of crooks. Dude how are they going to sit there and take money from someone. Basically steal money is what they've done.

I've been trying to avoid this, but I think I'm going to have to file a lawsuit and get an attorney or something.

Here's the proof they lied to you. If they sent me the payment back in June, why did they send me this yesterday after posting on here.

Naw dude if you know them so well, why are they lying to your face. That just proves what I've been saying, I'll gladly forward the E-Mail to you if you'd like.

They told you that they sent a refund, and they told ebay that they've shipped the item. Then they tell paypal, that they don't know what's going on that they have proof I've received the item.

The situation is, my buddy has an S14 SR20DET and he blew his headgasket. He found one on Ebay but didn't have an Ebay ID and he didn't have a paypal account.

So I did a buy it now for him, and sent the payment for him. He paid me for it of coarse. It took so long that I had to give the money back to my friend so he could buy one at a local shop.

The way I saw it was that when I got the head gasket I could sell it even if I took a loss, because I already have one from Enjuku on the way for someone else.

When I contacted them, it turned out that the item never shipped out. They got all up tight cause I asked them why. They said they had it in stock, but have not gotten a chance to ship it out. This was 2 or 3 weeks after payment was sent.

Then about 2 1/2 weeks ago they told me they'd be issuing a refund. A week after that, since I didn't get a refund I notified AOL and PayPal and these guys told Ebay that they shipped the item, but I still haven't received it.

Then they tell PayPal that they have tracking information saying that I got the item. Then they tell this guy who posted that they sent me the refund already.

And yesterday they Email me saying that they aren't theives and that they will be sending the refund shortly.

So they have said 4 different stories to 4 different people. They can't even keep their own lies strait.

HAHA..wow those damn CROOKS! lol..j/p. Never done business with them..but it sucks to hear what is happening to you. I know how it feels and it sucks. You just want all this BS to be over with and behind you. Now, look like they are giving you the good ol' run around. If all else fails...take to small claims court. Even better is the "People's Court" I love that show.

On another note..I go to CSUF and this was probably like a year ago. I came back to my car in parking lot and a Driftspeed card was on my window. I was like wtf...another fad store?? Just seems like another store just jumpn' on the Wagon. Not saying they are bad people by no means...but just a "new" store? Either way I hope you get money back.
