5 speed swap

hey, i have a 92 s13 hatch and am doing an auto to manual swap. i already dropped the tranny and am waiting to install new tranny but ran into a problem. i have the flywheel and stage 2 exedy clutch kit but whn i put the flywheel on it seems uneven, like im missing a piece that goes on before the flywheel. first timer in doing a swap so any help is much appreciated. also not 100% sure hot to install master and slave cylinders. thanks.

I guess mods should put an auto to manual sticky...it may help.
