Does anyone know an online store that I can purchase a cheap CA18DET clutch from ? I have been looking and cant find anything reasonable yet

you could go to an auto parts store and probably find a replacement clutch kit for the ca18ET. It might fit, and if it doesn't you could return it. They usually have clutch kits with pp, disc, alignment tool, and bearings for around 100.
Or jgycustoms.com has a few ca clutches but they are a little pricier.
If you can't find anything else, you could always try contacting a board member in europe, where the ca18det was used more extensively than either here or japan.

if you just need the clutch disk, get a KA clutch, when i get home, i will look, but i believe the ca and KA use the same Presure plate also, like i said, wait til i get home from work and ill check up on it for ya.

the KA clutch work fine and the pressure plate too. You just need to cut one alignment pin on the flywheel and voîla :bigok:

Hmm, good to know. I got a spec stage 3, as spec seems to be the onl game in town when it comes to CA clutches. But, being able to use a KA clutch opens up a whole lot of other clutches....
