Need opinions before I buy my first 240

Hey guys, my names Logan. I'm new to the 240 world and by new, I mean I'm looking at buying my first one. First off, let me say that exterior looks are not that important to me so long as parts aren't hanging off the car. What is important is having a strong motor and reliability as this will be a daily while I start a k swap on my honda fit.

I have talked the guy down to 3500 as well. Is there anything in particular I should look for with this considering it was freshly rebuilt, disassembled and reassembled by him and his father in law? 350 miles since the rebuild. I'll be looking at and driving it this weekend.
