u sure you're logged in? I think west changed it so that only logged in members can see the marketplace.

You must not be logged in, like Yoshi said. I enabled guests to browse, but not see the Marketplace. It will show up as 0 threads/posts. Make sure you are logged in.

yeah I guess I wasn't logged in. which is weird cause thats never happened before.
