Help: s14 ka24de starting problem

In advance I will apologize, Zilvia isnt letting me search for my problem every time I try and I haven't seem to have found the correct information i need.
Problem: car wont start, seems like fuel isnt reaching to the lines.
Info you need to know:
I have an 95 s14 that i got as a project. pretty gutted shell. The car was converted from auto to manual ( i didnt know till wayyy after I bought it)
I swapped in a 96 ka24de with using the 96 harness. So obd1 vehicle with OBD2 motor.
I believe all my wires are correct and everything necessary for the car to start is plugged in correctly.
Fuel pump primes.
Just changed out fuel pump and filter
Spark is there.
When I use starter fluid the car starts up but dies out quickly
I also already have the wire that's connected to my fuse box connected together.
My fuel and return line is in its correct location (quadruple checked).
-Lmk if im missing any valuable information you need.
I've asked multiple people locally and i've tried everything they've told me but nothing still seems to work.

If anything i think u can rent a fuel pressure tester at a parts place see if the pump is actually pumping sometimes they prime but just dont suck up the fuel

Yeah, that was my next option. But im actually not getting fuel to my fuel filter, i believe. With starter fluid, it reaches to the fuel filter. but my car still dies.

Also i disconnected the line to my fuel filter but its not squirting out fuel but my pump still primes.
