My car was fine until I recently installed extended lower control arms and pbm tie rod spacers. I also am getting alot more angle i know the spacers give me more angle but this is way more than I would think. Now every ime the car goes to full lock it get stuck. what could be causing this? thanks

its over centering. you need to either use bump stops to limit the amount of angle, or move your steering rack forwards.
pbm makes solid bushings to relocate the rack a little bit.
but they don't 100% solve the problem, they just lessen it.

or you can get uras style tie rod relocation kits, pbm also makes some

this photo is the same idea but idk if it is the same ones pbm makes.

thanks for all this info it really helped, but also if i do the offset tie rod spacers to keep the added angle is that a safe way to do it? or will it cause problems else ware? only because all the people i know use knuckle kits and such to gain angle. otherwise if its not right i will just make bump stops

Yeah I would get high angle knuckles at least. If you're running stock knucks with extended LCAs, I'm not surprised you're running into bind.
Both FineLine tuning and Rival auto works make some pretty rad knucks. (I'm running the fineline ones and they're awesome)

http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=296725 this should help you understand the whole steering angle thing as well as all suspension geo. like they said above moving the rack forward and knuckles will solve this. you should also have bump stops on your lower control arms. what is happening is the knuckle is going too far and getting to where its going backwards if that makes sense. its been a while since I've read that thread but i think an over centering explanation is in there. if not just search over centering and it will be explained better somewhere. the bump stops will hit the knuckle so it doesn't go over center.
