Is an OEM S13 coupe rear bumper cover a dealer only (or used) part now?

seems a few dealers still carry them possibly.

going to have a really hard time finding an aftermarket company that will make them though, seeing as the market for our vehicles isn't as big as it was when they were in productions. Can't even get repop fenders anymore
