HELP! 4.36 ring and pinion in an s14 r200 diff housing swap

1. yes i've searched and didnt get the answer .

2. actual people that have done it themselves only please.

my question is if u guys used the pinion height washer from the 4.08 to the 4.36 . if so what kind of gear contact did u end up with ? i have all new OEM bearings in the sway with a nismo 2 way LSD. im experiencing some howling on low speed ( 20mph ) and decel ( all speeds ).

What is your backlash set at?

Backlash is a bit higher than FSM since I'm still waiting for some shims to come in the mail. It's at around .012 in . Just wanna know what others have done when they did it . Since the pinion height is a bit taller according to the pattern when I checked with the yellow paste.
