I'm interested in the spacers but wondering what u mean by 12x1.25 to 12x1.5 ... are u saying that the thread pitch is 12x1.5 on the studs? So there for would need different lug nuts to run them on a nissan

No I do not but I can guarantee it works. It came with my shell and it was replaced by a try tru boost. But before I replaced it I was using it for boost leak testing.
