Cam gears are to dial in the cams for performance purposes and to extract every last up out of the engine. Without having them(the cams) "dialed" in you aren't going to hurt anything. It requires a dial indicator and/or multiple passes on a dyno, moving the gears in small increments at a time to find the sweet spot.

If I were you, I'd drop the cams in and roll with it. Lots of people do the staggered cam. Obviously, you'd net more gains with cam gears and being able to find the best position for the cams. If this is a mild setup, I wouldn't worry about it.

Thank u sir for the info I'm going to roll with the stock gears on that note. I have hks springs I read I should test them to see if they will need shimmed. How do u feel on this? Thanks again for the Input

The springs shouldn't need to be shimmed. I'd go with the factory spec for shimming your rockers. Check the FSM for specs.

I keep every thing in order I cant just put them back same order? Or is it to tight with the higher lift cams sorry if this a dumb question? I was under the impression that u want the rocker arm level, (wrong term) sets on with out slack on one side and the hydraulic lifter makes up the rest

If you kept everything in order, just reinstall it as it was.
