:aw:SR20DET 5 SPEED transmission. Works perfectly fine, includes all sensors! Hmmm I've never heard of that before. We usually just grab another one from either s13 or s14 and slap it on. Never had any problems or noticed any difference really. But thanks for the info! It's clearly stated in the S14 FSM. Not sure why internet wisdom thinks they're the same.

You can put it in 5th gear and count the revs input vs. output. For 10 revolutions of the input shaft an S13 trans will be 13.17, S14 will be 11.93.

If it's an S14 trans I'm potentially interested if you're willing to ship (cost is around $80-90).
