I was thinkin about getting a set of these for s13 that I am picking up. I know the bolt pattern on my car is 4x114 (well I dont know but I am pretty sure) is there any way that I could convert to a 5 lug? would I have to get spacers and widebody? fender flares? let me know please. also these some in an 8 inch wide and a 9 inch wide. staggered. thanks!

here they be...

yes!! S13 are 4x114.3. The 5 lug conversion is a very common upgrade done by many s13 owners. Like already stated search you'll find many thread contain a grip of info on this topic.
IMHO 18" would look kinda big for my taste,I think it looks sorta weird for s13 but that's just me. Do they offer it in 16" or 17"? if you had a s14 i think it'd be swwweeett. Nice rims though. :naughty:

Offsets please.
More than likely they'd still fit with some bolt-pattern adapter spacers...

they are the same offset as the 350z... of that helps? I think thats my pain issue, I dont know what the off set really is...

I just bought a set of these off ebay... The offset is +23, 18x8 up front and 18x9 for the rears. I planed on running 205/40 and 235/40 but 205/40/18 is hard to find, so i might end up with 215 or 225/40 up front. They should fit with some negative camber but i think i might have to roll the fenders because of tire selection.

If the offset is +23 they'll definitely fit then. Rolling the fenders shouldn't be neccessary unless you have the car really low (ie. you have coilovers). I wouldn't run a 205/40 though, that's rubberband status. It won't give any protection to the rim, and since we're not sure of the build quality of the wheel it'd be a good idea to go bigger to try and save yourself from a bent rim. maybe 225/40 front a 235/40 if you want to stagger, or 225/40 all around..

Thanks for the advice, I think i'll go with 225's up front....Theres a better selection of tires in that size. Do you think i'll have to roll the front fenders?
i'll probably have about 3/4" wheel gap.
i took some pix of the rims with out the center caps, i think they look better. Hopefully these don't bend, the lips are rolled so it should be pretty strong.

some specs:
8" = 23lbs.
9" = 24lbs.
For brake clearance i got 1" from mounting pad to inside of spoke

those roja wheels are fucking bad ass. As far as 5-lug conversion is concerned you need s14 se 5-lug hubs and spindles for the rear and like maybe attain or gto 5-lug conversion hubs for the front. http://www.jspec.com/4to5lughub.html

i order the hubs for the conversion but i'm still deciding on brakes. I don't think i need the rear spindle, right?

hey riceeata you gotta post pics when its all done, also, is there any other places that are cheaper to get the front conversion hubs? how much did you pay for yours?

RiceEata

I had to pay 500 for the gto hubs cause jspec charged me 80 for shipping. That's probably the cheapest they go for unless you can find a groupbuy or a set on ebay. I got the rear hubs and bearings from www.nissanparts.cc part # 43202-85f00 & 43210-aa100

try a junkyard. a hell of a lot cheaper than 500. and even if you can't find them, I'm sure you could find someone with them online or use a parts finder service.

tougefactory has 5 lug hubs for much cheaper. You only need the fronts.

Im also doing a 5 lug conversion. In stead of buying the GTO hubs from Jspec. I used the spindle/knuckle assembly from an S14.

The cool thing is that it's since its jdm it had Z brakes on them.

To answer your question you dont need the rear spindle/upright to do the conversion.

18's are gonna make ur car slower... and too big for s13 imo unless there some nice wheels. and done right with suspension. i think ur money is better spent elsewherer espicially if ur considering 5lug

Nissanparts.cc never shipped the hubs yet, so maybe in 2 weeks i'll post some pix in this wheel size thread...

you're gonna have a stiff enough sidewalls without stretching so i'd put good rubber on em if i were you...

Im gonna have to use another quote....

Its a wise sports type 2 kit... i got it from shinkai racing about 3 years ago, i think they closed down. The 3 piece kit cost me $1650 shipped. they were supposed to send me a s13 rear bumper but i got the 180sx one instead.

4th one from the top...
