Is the DCC plug n play?

yes. it is already been wired to fit/work in a S13. only thing you need to do is mount and wire up the ambient temp sensor in front of your vehicle, mount the sunload sensor, mount the cabin sensor, mount the motor, and swap the resistors.

It comes with everything you need.
