As the title states, I started a z32 caliper upgrade on my s14, only to realize I have the wrong brake lines. The lines I have are for an actual 300zx stock replacement, therefore, it has female fittings on both sides of the line, since z32's have small hardlines with the proper male fittings.
Is there a fix I can get from a parts store? or do i have to call it a day?
Not the actual caliper I'm using, just for illustration.

better to order the correct adapter lines than to try to hack something together.

just go to o-reilly auto with the caliper and lines, and make your own brake line adapter... cost me under $6 for both calipers. **pic above is not mine, but is exactly what i did for the front and rear**

Seems his problem is that he's missing those hard lines though, right? Can you buy those at your parts store?

if you have those fittings, you don't need the hard lines any longer.

Yes, but it sounded like shinhed was in a bind because the fittings were out of stock locally. But on the other hand, maybe he can find the hard lines in stock somewhere today?
