Let's start off by saying that i have tried almost everything twice. I've been back and forth online searching and trying again.
The story starts with me collecting turbo parts to install on my ka24de in my 92 s13. The motor was installed about 2 or 3 years ago by myself and compression tests were flawlessly perfect. So i knew this engine would be a good canidate for a turbo install.
Finally about 6 months ago i moved out of my apartment into a house where i have a garage where i can work on my car in peace. I use to do all the work on the streets...... no fun.... always had to close things up immediately.. Now 2nd i've owned 240s for the past 12 years , so lets say i have some experience in this game.
Anyways onto the problems. so installed the whole turbo setup. fmic, 370cc injectors, the turbo, manifold, wastegate , bov, etc. everything is there...
Now i purchased from another zilivain, the turbo, manifold, fmic and a computer tuned for the setup, although he said it was for a n62 maf i received the wrong one from him and didn't realize until afterwards... so i purchased the correct n62 and even an n60...
Now the car starts just fine, but when i hook up the intake pipe with the maf onto the turbo the car just dies, without it the car idles perfectly just doesn't rev past 2500 rpm.... thinking it's a maf issue i tested it back and forth...
I actually had the car running for a couple miles on the stock 240 maf because it was the only thing that worked after trying each maf back and forth.. i replaced the wiring harness, checked timing and adjusted the distributor many times. yet it is still giving me the same trouble. the only thing i didn't do was to do a boost-leak test on the motor - because i don't have the parts to do so. but all my couplings look good and i did a soapy water spray onto all the connections.
I had the computer retuned by rs-enthalpy just because i wasn't certain of the tune he sent, still no luck..
pulled codes off the ecu and i get random codes each time... i've gotten 11, 12, 13, and 34....
but now i'm only getting code 11 and 12.
i've tried so many things i dont know where to continue ..... if there is any suggestions please help, i'll even compensate somebody in the SOcal area 818 to help me solve the problem, which i believe is only electronic..
i will post videos soon to see if it helps anybody to see what my problem is....
