yo wazzup, when i first installed my coilovers on my s13 (1st gen PART SHOP MAX) i took the car straight to the alignment shop. I have my top hats adjusted for max camber. after alignment, the front camber specs read R: -2.2 L: -2.8
what are the possible culprits for the uneven front camber?

Now just this week, I installed SPL outer tie rods with tein z33 inners, because I bent the fuck out of the the oem tie rods by doing an Atsushi Kuroi memorial backwards entry DRIFT into my neighborhood. after getting the car aligned today, my front camber sits at R: -1.5 L: -2

Who aligned your car? Did they adjust camber at the top hats? What LCA are you using? S14 spindles? How much Caster?

you gotta line up the knuckle to the lower mount even on both sides. that adjusts camber to an extent as well.
my orange spring PBM's you can get like 4.5 with the lower mount pushed all the way in, and the top hats all the way adjusted -

You twisted something. LCA? Tension rod? Sway bar? Tension rod bracket?

Subframe where the LCA bolts up to.

Something doesn't sound straight.

I had some random shop do the alignment but i stood by the tech during the process, he seemed competent. In the front he only adjusted the toe. I have my top hats set to the maximum camber setting they allow.

im running stock s13 spindles and lca

First off, you're fucking stupid for setting your camber plates to maximum for no reason.

Second, you're fucking stupid for bending your suspension doing some dumbass shit in your neighborhood.

Third, you're just fucking stupid.

Now, onto your question. Uneven camber adjustment at the camber plates is pretty normal. As stated previously how you have the struts bolted to the spindles affects it. Even without any adjustment designed into the struts/coilovers there is a little play that can affect the adjustment at the top. Also, there is a little play in the mounting holes where the camber plate studs go through the strut towers, which can also throw things off a little. Lastly because you're a dumbass and wanted to throw a bunch of shiny dumbass parts at your car as quickly as possible, I'm betting your lower control arm bushings are the 20+ year old stock ones. The bushings aren't necessarily going to be worn evenly after 20 years, which can also affect the adjustment at the top. If you want to fix it, set it up correctly and evenly. I know that's pretty hard because you can't really brag about your super rad urethane control arm bushings, but it will likely fix your "issue".
