hey i have a 95 model and my drivers side window will not return up. i have two window motors one in car one outside. i have two amps one plugged in one not. I've tried to run power directly to the motors i take a small plier that i clip onto one prong and run power directly to it from my battery than i try the other prong no respone in the motor. i have two amps they both click and i checked all the soldering points. i got a new switch from a junkyard and i hear that 95 window switches only work for 95s and 96 models on work for 96's. however i don't want to move forward on the switch because i can't get any movement from the regulators whats the odds i have two bad regulators.. i can't find the switch that came originally in the car also so i have the one i got from this junkyard door i bought.
am i hooking the power up to the regulator wrong.. i have a positive on the battery the negative on the negative and like i said i take the other positive and hook it to the motor and i know it has power cause of my tester.. that motor grounds in the switch right? please help me out thanks
