I am looking for either a set of adjustable cam gears or a redrilled cam gear to use when I swap my intake cam out with an exhaust cam. Either one would be grea. Hoping to spend less than 50, and I'm not going to spend over 100.

I have factory ones you can redrill yourself

Me too. I work at a farm so I don't have time to take them to a machine shop and I dont want to do it myself and mess up.
