I know everyone seems to like autometer gauges but is there any problems with the company auto gauges? are people using other companies besides autometer and defi? just seems like i could save a few bucks going with auto gauges if they are legit.

oh by the way im just talking about getting a boost gauge right now (mechanical)

personally, i couldnt care less about who makes it, if its accurate, its good enough, every1 likes autometer because they are accurate, and they accually make many of the other manufacters gauges.

have you heard anything about this company "auto gauges" cause its 1/2 the price. saving 20 bucks on each part adds up in the end.

well I know autometer is like the rockford fosgate of car audio. Everybody knows them and they are decent but there Is a lot better like Adire. not alot of people know them but they make some of the best products. so I dont know if this auto gauge is going to be good. I mean once you get lower than autometer prices thats bretty bad. unless your talking cobalt or other TOL products. Also a company that needs to try to copy a well known companies name is not a plus either. Then again I dont know a single thing about auto gauge either. for All I know they could have been around longer than autometer.

My friend gave me his autogauge boost gauge and it reads like 20 in/Hg vacuum and it was never installed, never used. A gauge that can loose its calibration just sitting there doesnt inspire much confidense with me.

to me, Auto Gauge SEEMS like the crappy, knockoff version of Auto Meter.
If you actually want to know what your engine/other systems are doing, go with what you KNOW works like Defi, Greddy, Auto Meter, Apex'i, Omori, etc.

Made to LOOK like Auto Meter, for sure.

also, made in Taiwan. Not knocking Taiwanese manufacturing, but every now and then, some Taiwanese companies put out crap and try to pass it off as gold. I'm sure Auto Gauge probably tries to do a good job.
