So I'm doing a battery relocation and I want to put a circuit breaker on the positive line.

Most people use like 100-150 Amp circuit breakers, but I thought that the cranking amperage of the battery is like over 600 Amps?

Won't a 150 AMP blow during cranking?

You go by how many amps the starter draws and also length and gauge of the wire going from the battery to starter. 150 amp should work for you.

Simpler solution.
No relocation, just buy this : http://www.ebay.com/itm/A123-16-Cell-4S4P-13-2V9-2AH-motorbike-battery-starter-black-case-/190893403456?pt=US_Rechargeable_Batteries&hash=item2c72222d40

or find it from another supplier. I got mine from OSN power , try googling it with A123 26650 4S4P battery. You can go 4S5P for peace of mind, you get extra juice and capacity.

i have been using that exact one for years now. It just sits vertically, between the intercooler piping and the washer bottle neck. size is 4x4x6", weight is 3lbs. I'd recommend changing the cables for bigger ones, put standard battery connectors while you are there, and a cut off switch (the box can be opened, it is just a protection, it has screws). In a 4S4P arrangement, these cells can output 300amps continuous, 600amps for 10 seconds sustained, perfect fit for our engines. And you can charge them at 80amps too ...In a 4S5P ? Add 25%.
