Need help with NC inspection

Hello, I recently picked up a 97 kouki. However it does not have the evap system installed, and to put one in seems like it will cost more than its worth. So it has the codes for that system, but that is all.


can anyone help me pass inspection?

I really like my kouki and don't want to have to give it up just because of the stupid evap system.

If I register it as a business vehicle does that change anything?

Yeah it's got the codes for the evap system delete.

I wouldn't mind driving to Raleigh if I can get it done there.
