I have my 98 Audi A4 with 110,000 miles with a 5 speed manual transmission up for sale or trade. This A4 is particularly different than other A4's of this year because I have fitted it with almost all the Facelift features of the 00-02 A4's with the exception of a few items which will be included. The fitted items are 1 piece headlights, multifunction switch, and climate control. The gauge cluster will be included if not installed and will be able to function as intended on an 01 and up B5.
On top of that I have personally gone through everything on this AWD Sedan and performed all scheduled maintenance including but not limited to: Full Continental timing belt kit including pulleys and water pump, thermostat, fresh oil change with OEM filter and Liqui Moly oil (great stuff). All suspension arms on the front end have been replaced with brand new arms and bolts (grade 8 bolts, OEM spec suspension arms), new spark plugs, cabin and air filter, 034 Motorsports bypass valve, JHM Motorsports power steering cooler kit, JHM Motorsports shifter linkage and stabilizer bushing, new OEM motor mounts, Neuspeed stainless steel brake lines and DOT 4 brake fluid, OEM wheel bearings, and most importantly an 034 Motorsports 36mm sway bar with reinforcement brackets (the sway bar may or may not be included with the car depending on the offer).
I may be missing a few things but that about lists it all. I had full intentions of Auto-crossing this car when summer hit but I'm not sure if the platform will suit me best. This car has been prepped to race with minimal modifications. Needless to say its great in the snow when that time comes around again. The only thing left to square away is a power steering leak. It is not horrendously fast but old lines are weeping a bit, mostly just in cold weather. Some stop leak may solve the problem but it only leaks when turning at low speed in the cold. The only other embarrassing thing about this car is that it has a rebuilt tittle.. Oh No! The end of the world right?? No not really calm down, the previous owner hit a coyote that slightly damaged the hood, driver fender, and bumper which have all been replaced. The front bumper is something to be proud of since, in all of its years, has never been drilled into by some person with the urge to destroy a perfectly good front bumper.
Looking to trade for anything cool..
